**Café Gegendruck**

Café Gegendruck serves as a meetingpoint for independent cultural
and political exchange.
It works on a "non-profit"-base, which means that "profits" can be used to
pay the rent and other monthly charges only.

Besides fixed dates, like the "Volxküche" ("VoKü"; this is a german common term for
dinner served for self-cost-prices) there are changing activities from
reading/discussion-circles to cocktail-parties (see: "Programm").

The Café Gegendruck also houses the "Infoladen-Heidelberg", a left-political
bookstore with lots of political journals, leaflets, books and other stuff.
